Charlestonhacks Generative AI Summer Hack day is today!

Today is the day, the first day of two hackathons happening this month at the Charleston Digital Corridor!

A couple of items to note:

We will be emailing an elevator code to everyone who registered on Devpost (that's you if you are getting this email) as we near the time of the event. The space we will be working in is on the second floor, and you will need to punch in the code before pressing the floor button. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then you thought this was an online hackathon and can stop reading now.

Hopefully, there will be enough power outlets for everyone, and we will have some room to spread out, but I encourage you to bring a power strip if you have an extra lying around. Also, don't forget to bring a mouse (if you use one). It can be pretty tough to find a spare mouse for some reason. I have yet to meet someone who carries two.

We will try to start around 5:30 to allow enough time for everyone to settle in and arrive but also maximize the time that you have to work. Don't worry if you arrive and everyone is working; we will help you find or make a team.

Bring your friends/colleagues/people who look like they want to go to a hack for some reason! Though it is helpful to register on Devpost ahead of time, you can make an account at any point.
